The Field Reimbursement Manager serves as the primary field-based lead for education, assistance, and issue resolution with healthcare providers regarding patient access to J&J Immunology therapies.
This role requires collaboration with internal departments and external stakeholders to address access and affordability issues while maintaining the highest ethical and compliance standards.

Advanced degree or certifications in billing and coding

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum 5 years relevant experience
Experience in account management or reimbursement in hospital/provider settings
Valid US driver’s license with compliant driving record
