Job Summary

  • To lead the industrialization of the new P1 and improve the production efficiency (machine & Direct Labor) in its perimeter.
  • To manage production equipment introduction using IPROM, follow equipment or assembly lines development with the supplier, and perform trials on the lines.
  • To monitor QCDM and propose improvement, survey the performance of equipments, and work on Cycle time reduction to optimize investments, material & labor costs.
