Risk Management Framework (RMF) expertise
Cybersecurity for classified systems
Continuous monitoring and inspection readiness
Cybersecurity risk assessment and communication
Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&M) management

Mentoring ISSOs and technical oversight
Leading Change Control Boards (CCBs)

Experience with SAP and DoD collateral systems
Key Requirements
Minimum 8 years relevant experience or 5 years with advanced degree
IAM Level III certification compliant with DoD 8570 / 8140
U.S. citizenship required
Active and transferable DoD Secret Security Clearance on day one
Experience performing ISSM duties for classified or controlled systems
Advanced knowledge of RMF and DoD authorization processes
Experience with JSIG and/or DAAG authorization frameworks
