Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
10–15 years of professional experience
5–7 years as Resident Engineer/Site Engineer/Construction Supervisor
Experience with High-voltage transmission lines and substations
Experience in hydropower project construction phase
Experience supervising transmission line foundations, towers, stringing, and substation installation
Experience coordinating with transmission utilities/grid operators
Experience under EPC, Design–Build, or FIDIC-based contracts
