Job Summary

  • The Consumer Business Group (CBG) brings 3M’s trusted and innovative brands—such as Scotch®, Post-it®, Scotch-Brite®, and Command™—to homes and workplaces across India.
  • The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) – CBG will lead the sales, distribution, and retail execution strategy for the assigned region, responsible for driving business growth through effective distributor management, channel expansion, and frontline team leadership.
  • This position demands a balance of strategic planning, operational excellence, and people management to deliver sustainable and profitable growth in alignment with 3M’s values and business priorities.
