The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) – CBG will lead the sales, distribution, and retail execution strategy for the assigned region, responsible for driving business growth through effective distributor management, channel expansion, and frontline team leadership.
This position demands a balance of strategic planning, operational excellence, and people management to deliver sustainable and profitable growth in alignment with 3M’s values and business priorities.

MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification
10–15 years of relevant experience

Prior experience or familiarity with the assigned region is preferred
