Job Summary

• The Warehouse Supervisor 1st Shift is responsible for the operations of the distribution center, monitoring daily activities and ensuring objectives and key performance measures are met.
• Responsibilities include managing and directing daily activities of distribution staff, maintaining and controlling warehouse inventory, and developing staff through clear expectations, training, and coaching.

Key Requirements

• 5-7 years leadership experience
• Associate’s Degree in Business Administration / Supply Chain with 2 years leadership experience
• BA/BS in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain or related field
• Prior WMS & ISO experience
• Good PC knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
