They use adult learning theory, learning design models, and competency-based learning to create educational products that align with CSA Group’s standards and codes.
Responsible for product development, including design, development, quality assurance, publishing, and maintenance of new or existing education products for CSA customers across various industry sectors and occupations.

Key Requirements
Post Secondary Degree or Diploma
Postgraduate certificate, diploma or degree in instructional design, adult learning or equivalent
5-7 years of related work experience
Experience in needs assessment, job task analysis facilitation
Experience developing adult learning coursework
Strong PC skills, including Adobe Cloud software, Articulate 360, MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
