Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• 2 years of experience in semiconductor device fabrication
• Experience in CVD module processes (Producer S XS PE SILANE, PE TEOS, SACVD Twin)
• Experience with Nanotechnology Engineering Technologists and Technicians
• Capital project management experience
• Cycle time analysis experience
• Fault detection and classification software experience
