Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent
  • Phlebotomy certification or 3 months+ experience
  • 1 year+ phlebotomy experience preferred
  • 6 Months Pediatric Experience preferred
  • Phlebotomy certification from accredited agency
  • Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
  • Willing to get fingerprinted for the State of Illinois
  • Have Titers for VZ, Hep B, MMR and TB Quant done
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
