Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for leading first-line control activities across North America operations, including the end-to-end delivery of risk and control self-assessments.
  • The position offers a competitive base salary range of $100,000-$115,000 for New Jersey-based candidates along with eligibility for an incentive bonus.
  • Candidates will manage a shared service team of Control Testing Specialists while partnering with Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Internal Audit teams.

  • Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) leadership

  • Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in operational controls or internal audit
