AS9100 Quality Management System implementation
NavSea standards interpretation and enforcement
Root cause analysis using 8D and 5 Whys
First Article Inspection (FAI) per AS9102
Statistical Process Control (SPC) monitoring
Supplier qualification and audit management
Nice-to-have
SUBSAFE or NavSea S9074-AQ-GIB-010 experience
Experience with UUVs and autonomous surface vehicles
Composite fabrication and welding quality control
Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
Fast-paced high-mix rapid development environment
PLM and MES software familiarity
Key Requirements
5+ years of Quality Engineering experience in aerospace or defense
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Aerospace Engineering
Eligible to obtain and maintain active U.S. Secret security clearance
Work Rights
Must have US citizenship or eligibility for Secret clearance
