  • Employees must report all changes in resident condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected abuse or misappropriation of property immediately to the Nurse Supervisor.
  • The role requires assisting residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility while ensuring safety and dignity.
