Job Summary

  • Responsible for leading cross-functional teams to develop and launch products on time, on budget, and to specification, while complying with continuity of supply, service capability, sales volumes/financials, and customer experience.
  • Generate program plans, development schedules, and master build plans, driving ECOs, BOM loading, material/tooling availability, and factory builds to align with customer demand.
  • Accountable for development of new programs and Engineering product reviews, governing new product development deliverables against plan with quality and facilitating customer conference calls.
