Job Summary
Develop and lead our Contingent Workforce PMO to oversee all contractor work, processes and compliance.
Communicate efficiently and effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including providing report outs and timely updates as well as proactively addressing potential issues for program performance.
Enable cost savings strategy and work with VMS provider to update market rate cards, as well as drive more progressive cost savings strategy around OT usage, process improvement.
