Job Summary

  • Develop and lead our Contingent Workforce PMO to oversee all contractor work, processes and compliance.
  • Communicate efficiently and effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including providing report outs and timely updates as well as proactively addressing potential issues for program performance.
  • Enable cost savings strategy and work with VMS provider to update market rate cards, as well as drive more progressive cost savings strategy around OT usage, process improvement.
