  • The Global Process Director will be responsible for managing the relationship with key customers of a sub-process, understanding their needs to formulate strategy and define KPIs.
  • Key responsibilities include defining and leading the end-to-end process/service design & build, managing demand, and building solution and system requirements.
  • The role requires extensive experience in process design, familiarity with project management and lean six sigma, and experience with RPA and digital transformation.
