The Global Process Director will be responsible for managing the relationship with key customers of a sub-process, understanding their needs to formulate strategy and define KPIs.
Key responsibilities include defining and leading the end-to-end process/service design & build, managing demand, and building solution and system requirements.
The role requires extensive experience in process design, familiarity with project management and lean six sigma, and experience with RPA and digital transformation.
