Job Summary
The primary focus of this position will be to assist the ED, manage the missing forms workqueue by obtaining missing forms/information for patients who are admitted to the inpatient units, and to assist patients in signing up for and utilizing the MyChart Bedside through LiveWell app.
Accurately collects and analyzes all required demographic, insurance/financial, and clinical data necessary to register/admit patients from all payer classes.
