Job Summary
Build and lead a centralized land management function to ensure long-term value, compliance, and operational alignment across a growing portfolio of land lease agreements and real property interests.
Oversee land and lease administration, including payment processes and tracking of contractual obligations, and ensure compliance with agreements, regulatory requirements, and internal policies across the portfolio.
Serve as the commercial lead for landowner relationships post-contract execution, lead negotiations for amendments, consents, and issue resolution, and identify, assess, and mitigate risks across land agreements.
