Job Summary
The HR Associate Care Specialist is responsible for wing-to-wing HR Operations transactions including onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, and queries for ASEAN.
This role will also be required to analyze and report key HR metrics at the APAC level and maintain associates' electronic personnel files.
You will serve as a local expert on Workday, providing coaching to associates and managers, and supporting events like benefits enrolment and employee engagement activities.
