Job Summary

• This position is responsible for ensuring that all guestrooms and public areas are clean and well maintained to the highest of standards while providing an unsurpassed level of guest service.
• The Floor Supervisor leads and develops department staff to successfully achieve service and performance standards and handles training, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
• The role requires physical ability to perform housekeeping duties and the capacity to respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling guest and employee conflicts.
