Job Summary
You will be responsible for all F&B operations throughout the hotel, the recruitment and management of all FOH and BOH staff, driving the business to achieve budgeted KPI’s and maintaining a high guest satisfaction rating in keeping with Hoxton standards.
Lead a dynamic pre-opening team, overseeing multiple food and beverage outlets, including a diverse events space.
