Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of power and cooling systems at overseas facilities, including chilled water, HVAC, power generation, and emergency backup systems.
Monitor system operation through remote Building Management Systems (BMS), diagnose issues, and develop system status reports including root-cause analysis.
Contribute to technical discussions for system design, recapitalization, and troubleshooting, and develop project documentation such as drawings and technical specifications.
