Comply with XDS and OSHA safety standards, procedures, and regulations, including daily participation in safety/toolbox meetings.

Must-have
MIG welding on mild steel
Read blueprints and use tape measure
Align shafts using laser equipment
Assemble pumping units and accessories
Operate manual or semi-automated welding equipment
Nice-to-have
Team player and willing to follow directions
Ability to work independently when needed
Knowledge of diesel and electric motor-driven pump assembly
Key Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Two to four years of experience in production or job shop or Technical Center
Welding background with MIG welding knowledge
Supply own tools
Knowledge of welding and fabrication of piping and structural steel assemblies
Knowledge of assembling rotating equipment
Ability to read and understand production assembly drawings, specifications, and welding symbols
Ability to lay out prototypes without assembly drawings
