Job Summary
Support the maintenance and development of the UK pension administration system (Altair), including workflows, benefit calculations, member records, letters, and software updates.
Assist with data projects and reporting, such as pension dashboard implementation, scheme data extracts, GMP equalization, benefit statements, and pension increases.
Provide ongoing support to pension projects, deliver management information, support day-to-day administration improvements, and carry out additional duties as required.
