  • Key accountabilities include completion and management of administrative tasks such as logging complaints, responding to inquiries, providing call downloads, administering bereavement contacts, and simple payment transactions.
  • The role requires ensuring customer activity requirements are met, service level agreements are achieved, and working to agreed key performance and productivity measures while providing exceptional customer service.
