Job Summary

  • Assists the Director of Nursing in planning, developing and supervising the activities of the nursing staff.
  • Works with the DON to recruit, hire and train nursing staff, and assists with employee appraisals and problem resolution.
  • Oversees clinical operations, including making daily rounds, monitoring resident conditions, and ensuring resident safety and respect.
