Smart Tech Contracting is seeking a Site Superintendent for Critical Infrastructure projects in Las Cruces, New Mexico. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction supervision within mission-critical environments, particularly in the hyperscale data center sector
Job Summary
The Site Superintendent serves as the primary on-site leader and field execution authority for hyperscale data center construction projects ranging from 40 MW to 200 MW.
This role is accountable for safety, schedule, quality, and field coordination across the full lifecycle including installation, startup, and commissioning.

Valid New Mexico ES-3 Low Voltage Special Systems License
8-10 years field supervision in mission-critical environments
Experience supervising multi-trade construction sites
Knowledge of OSHA and NFPA 70E safety standards
Proficiency with Procore or BIM 360 digital tools

Strong leadership presence under schedule pressure
Ability to resolve field conflicts in real time
Excellent communication with executive stakeholders
Willingness to work extended hours and weekends
Experience with commissioning workflows
Key Requirements
Must hold valid New Mexico ES-3 Low Voltage Special Systems License
Minimum 8-10 years experience in field supervision
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
Valid driver's license and ability to relocate to Las Cruces, NM
