Use people data and insights to spot trends, risks and opportunities, and influence decisions that drive performance and culture.

Deep generalist HR / People Partnering experience
Strong working knowledge of AU & NZ employment law
Proven track record managing complex ER cases
Experience delivering HR/PX projects
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or equivalent experience
