Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for reporting all changes in resident conditions to the Nurse Supervisor as soon as practical.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care needs including bathing, dressing, feeding, and monitoring vital signs while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs TPRs
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Assist with lifting turning and transporting residents

Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Participate in shift meetings to improve services
Cooperate with inter-departmental personnel effectively
Demonstrate ability to solve practical problems
Key Requirements
Must possess a valid state Certified Nursing Assistant license
Minimum 10th grade education required
Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
Knowledge of HIPAA and protected health information laws
