Job Summary
The primary purpose of your job position is to maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with applicable standards and policies.
You will perform routine maintenance on grounds, facility, and equipment including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical tasks as directed.
You must maintain confidentiality of all resident care information including protected health information and report any suspected violations.

Coordinate maintenance with nursing services
Use safety precautions when handling equipment

Key Requirements
Minimum 10th grade education
Ability to make independent decisions and follow instructions
Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts
Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization
