  • You will be responsible for delivering schemes to budget and programme through RIBA Stages 0-7 (or the sector equivalent) and be the person responsible for delivering engineering packages.

Key Requirements

  • Chartered Engineer or Architect or equivalent
  • demonstrable experience managing design, build and/or operate commissions
  • Infrastructure sector experience in delivering major projects
  • Experience with various forms of construction contract, i.e. NEC3 or 4
  • Familiar with BIM and understands 3D modelling tools
  • Available to travel across the UK and work away from home
