Workday is seeking experienced Software Development Engineers (Sr SDEs and SDEs) to join their Agent Platform team, which focuses on delivering AI capabilities across the Workday platform. The role involves designing and implementing core features, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating with product managers and architects in a fully remote environment

Job Summary

  • We’re looking for Sr SDEs and SDEs for the Workday Agent System of Record team who will work closely with Product Managers & Functional Architects, peer and cross functional engineering partners, and with critical external partners to design and build the core Agent System of Record platform.
  • As a Sr SDE/ SDE you will drive design & lead implementation of core features and platform enhancements, with responsibilities including: Creating platform & service architectural design that describes business needs in contest with proposed solutions.

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $176,000 USD - $264,000 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $148,200 USD - $264,000 USD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, and annual refresh stock grants
