Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years maintenance experience in industrial manufacturing
2+ years supervisory or maintenance planning role
Working knowledge of electrical mechanical hydraulic pneumatic systems
Experience with CMMS tools such as SAP PM eMaint
Knowledge of OSHA requirements LOTO and industrial safety best practices
Nice-to-have
Bachelor's degree preferred over Associate's degree
Experience driving continuous improvement using Lean TPM RCM principles
Strong leadership and coaching skills for skilled technicians
Ability to partner with production engineering and EHS teams
Key Requirements
