Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 5+ years maintenance experience in industrial manufacturing
  • 2+ years supervisory or maintenance planning role
  • Working knowledge of electrical mechanical hydraulic pneumatic systems
  • Experience with CMMS tools such as SAP PM eMaint
  • Knowledge of OSHA requirements LOTO and industrial safety best practices

Nice-to-have

  • Bachelor's degree preferred over Associate's degree
  • Experience driving continuous improvement using Lean TPM RCM principles
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills for skilled technicians
  • Ability to partner with production engineering and EHS teams

Key Requirements
