The primary mission is to manage and organize HR data for approximately 3500 employees, produce reports and KPIs, and support internal/external clients in interpreting this data.
Key responsibilities include participating in HR data management using tools like Workday and PowerBI, contributing to reporting runs, and supporting the migration of the payroll software.
The role also involves participating in the creation of a Data Lake, generating queries and reports from it, and managing Ticket Restaurant and CESU cards, including process automation.
