  • This role ensures high availability, operational excellence, and compliance across third-party facilities while coordinating closely with internal infrastructure, platform, and application teams.
  • The manager leads operations staff and vendors, governs colocation provider relationships, and supports modern infrastructure platforms including software-defined storage, converged infrastructures, and containerized environments.
