Job Summary
The Manager, P2M Operating Model Enablement provides dedicated operational leadership and problem-solving capacity during a period of significant change across the Product-to-Market organization.
This role reduces rework, clarifies off-model operational work, and drives stability across new ways of working as the organization transitions to updated operating model expectations and milestone shifts.
You will support and streamline the P2M Core Team cadence, lead adoption of key IM operating model changes, and own time-boxed initiatives addressing cross-functional friction or workload risk.
