  • This role reduces rework, clarifies off-model operational work, and drives stability across new ways of working as the organization transitions to updated operating model expectations and milestone shifts.
  • You will support and streamline the P2M Core Team cadence, lead adoption of key IM operating model changes, and own time-boxed initiatives addressing cross-functional friction or workload risk.
