  • This role drives operational excellence by physically executing inbound freight processes, auditing receiving procedures, and implementing Shrink Action Plans.
  • Ops XMs provide input to store leadership on associate performance, talent planning, and selection, while coaching and training associates on policies, safety, and customer service.
