Connecteam is seeking a Mobile Infrastructure Team Lead to oversee the architecture and development of its mobile platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive mobile development experience, strong leadership skills, and a focus on scalability and performance

Job Summary

  • Own the mobile infrastructure domain end-to-end (architecture, tooling, reliability), and drive technical standards and best practices across React Native and native (iOS/Android).
  • Lead and mentor a team of mobile engineers, fostering high engineering standards, ownership, and a collaborative culture.
  • Partner with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps to align priorities and execution, and act as the main point of contact for mobile infrastructure across R&D.
