Job Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to assist in the administering of medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician, under the direction of nursing supervision.
Essential duties include accurately and safely preparing, administering, and documenting oral and/or topical medications, and reporting any errors or reactions promptly.
The position requires maintaining a friendly, productive working relationship with other members of the nursing department and participating in quality assurance programs to improve medication processes.
