Job Summary
The Director of Content leads the strategy, development, and management of content for the organization’s programs including conferences, workshops, briefings, webinars, and training programs.
This role ensures programming is relevant, innovative, and aligned with industry and BAFT’s priorities while acting as a bridge between members, subject matter experts, and internal teams.
The position requires collaboration with trainers, project managers, and instructional designers to develop and deliver high-quality educational content supporting BAFT’s mission and member engagement.
