  • Bachelor's level degree with one (1) year of relevant experience
  • Master's level degree with no experience
  • Considerable involvement in performance management
  • Responding to employee relations issues
  • Extensive customer relations experience
  • PHR Certification or SHRM-CP preferred
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug-screening test and physical examination
