Job Summary

  • The Training Manager is responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining a robust Training Program that ensures full compliance with all applicable local, national, and international regulations and standards.
  • This role leads the deployment of training strategies across the site(s), ensuring that activities are executed in alignment with local and franchise priorities and overall business needs.
  • The Training Manager defines and manages training-related projects, assigns and oversees personnel, supervises daily work activities, and evaluates and communicates outcomes to stakeholders across multiple organizational levels.
