Job Summary

• The Senior Manager, Commercial Learning & Development – Orthopaedics will lead the design, development, facilitation, and measurement of commercial training programs supporting the Orthopaedics portfolio.
• This role is responsible for ensuring the field organization is fully prepared to execute brand strategy through effective onboarding, continuous learning, and launch excellence—most critically supporting the launch of a future product.

• 5+ years commercial training experience
• Prior Orthopaedics experience preferred
• Demonstrated new product launch experience
• Previous sales experience preferred
