Acts as the central liaison between service teams and customers, handling escalated issues with a focus on delivering swift, accurate resolutions and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Salary
