Candidates will manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow, ensuring SLAs are met while diagnosing and resolving complex configuration and data issues.

Must-have
Workday Global Talent Acquisition configuration
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) execution
ServiceNow incident management
Mass data operations and uploads
Translating business requirements to technical functionality
Nice-to-have
Exposure to AI-enabled talent tools
Experience with Hiredscore or Phenom People
Knowledge of Workday Advanced Compensation
Familiarity with global HR data privacy principles
Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience in HRIS or HR Operations with Bachelor's degree
Minimum 1 year hands-on Workday Global Talent Acquisition/Recruiting configuration
Minimum 1 year executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
