  • Responsible for executing the entire training process, from needs assessment to evaluation of effectiveness.
  • Manage Probe’s learning and development according to set standards and quality, including auditing and ensuring timely implementation of changes.
  • Ensure all Trainers complete the Trainer Certification Course and coach, develop, and mentor direct reports to optimize performance.
