The IAM Director reports to the Chief Information Officer and oversees all aspects of solutions architecture and development in the domain of identity, access management, Active Directory, multi-factor authentication, privileged access management, single sign-on, and related middleware.
The position is responsible and accountable for coordinating and managing the scope, estimations, and delivery of multiple small to large-scale projects to achieve the desired goals and benefits.

Salary
Base: $114,205.00 - $148,466.50; Bonus/Equity: Not specified; Benefits: University contributions to health, dental, life and disability insurance, tuition waivers for employees and their families, 12 official holidays, immediate leave accrual, and a choice of retirement programs with university contributions ranging from 5 to 10% of employee salary.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Three years in Identity and Access Management services
