Job Summary

  • Take full responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, quality, and EHS throughout the entire project lifecycle, from contract clarification to final acceptance.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for customers on technical and commercial levels, managing milestones, escalations, and acceptance processes.
  • Develop and standardize project management processes, methods, tools, and governance in close coordination with other BWP sites.

Key Requirements

  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or comparable

  • Strong knowledge in cost control, contract, change, and claim management
  • Proven leadership experience in matrix organizations
  • Fluent German and English
