Job Summary

• The primary purpose of the Activity Assistant is to assist the Activity Director run a creative and interactive activities program that meets the interests and physical, mental, and psychosocial needs of each resident.
• This role involves participating in planning and conducting individual, small and large group activities, maintaining records, and assisting with resident transportation and discharge planning.
• The work environment is usually low to moderate noise level and reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
