Job Summary

  • The purpose of the role is to be a technical solution provider aimed at supporting internal and external customers with proactive solutions to supply chain challenges and providing direct feedback to the GPI and Product Portfolio – Value Solutions team.
  • Your mission includes providing regular proactive technical support visits to customers, supporting the sales team for trials, and delivering technical product training to new employees and customers.

  • Knowledge of ISO, BRC and FDA certifications
  • Proven record of providing technical solutions
  • Audit experience (desirable)
  • Fluency in English and Other European Language
