Job Summary
The Mobile Service Technician is responsible for performing automotive repairs and maintenance directly at customer locations in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards.
This role requires the ability to diagnose causes of malfunctions and perform authorized repairs efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized mobile service vehicle.
Candidates must possess manufacturer certification in all listed areas and preferably hold ASE certifications with a minimum of three recommended.

Complete work according to safety requirements
Use mobile service software for documentation

Basic sales aptitude preferred
Previous mobile service experience preferred
Customer Pay Proficiency Level greater than 100%
Ability to coordinate with external dealers
Constructive communication with dealership personnel
Key Requirements
Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
Manufacturer certified in Lube, Engine, Suspension, Brake, Electrical, Heating/A/C
Minimum 3 years automotive technical experience preferred
ASE Master Technician certification ideal but not required
